Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. If you need to do so, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we may need to charge a cancellation fee to cover our costs.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our home cleaning services. If you're not completely satisfied with our work, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean the affected areas free of charge. Our goal is to ensure that you're always happy with our service.
